I grew up on a farm in South Eastern Minnesota and consider myself fortunate for having learned the value of hard work early in life. My Dad worked as a crane operator for a bridge construction company, he also ran our family farm and worked as a part time logger. I have always loved mechanical equipment and working outdoors.  I knew I would need to work outside and somehow  be involved with nature.  My dream of building a company took place shortly after high school.  I got my biggest push into the tree business in 1989  while doing tree damage repair after Hurricane Hugo.

I have been a professional Arborist for 30 years. I am always looking for new ways to become more efficient and safe, and to provide the best quality and service for my customers. I am also passionate about tree health and correcting the many issues that put trees at risk.
